Sleigh Ride Dinner

Your seating assignments for the Saturday dinner will be available on the Veranda of Horn & Cantle at least one hour prior to each dinner sitting. From there, you will make your way to The Outpost where you will load the sleighs outside the barn for your journey to North Folk Cabin. The sleighs will then return you to The Outpost following dinner and the Veranda/Auric Room will be just a few minutes’ walk for the remainder of the evening’s festivities.

Ceremony

Guests will take sleighs to the wedding ceremony from The Outpost on Sunday. Since there will need to be several trips to accommodate our guest count, please wait for your turn in the Lytle Bar and Outpost and you will be alerted as the next sleigh arrives. Sleighs will run from 5:15pm until 5:45pm which will be the last trip prior to the start of the ceremony.

Reception

For the safety of the horses and our guests, Lone Mountain Ranch shuttles will return guests from the ceremony to Horn & Cantle for the reception. Shuttles will also be available as needed upon departure from the reception back to your cabin or parking lot.

For guests driving to and from the property

When you arrive to Lone Mountain Ranch, please pass the first parking lot on your left for sleigh ride dinners and make your way directly to the main lot located just outside of The Outpost. This will be the main lot for you to use throughout the weekend. Once you have arrived, you may use the information above to access our guest shuttles on property.
